The Performance Car Show is set to deliver a show-stopping display of ultra-desirable metal in January at the all-new Autocar and Supercar feature. Chief among those is the limited edition Ford GT, which takes pride of place on the show stand. The mid-engined Ford GT is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre EcoBoost V6 engine developing 600hp and is one of the most eagerly anticipated hypercars around.

At the Performance Car Show, you will have the chance to pore over every detail of this stunning car when you visit the Autocar & Supercar feature, from the futuristic styling, carbon fibre body panels and flying buttresses to the active aerodynamics of the rear wing.

Alongside this American beauty is the Aston Martin DB11 – the replacement for the venerable and beautiful DB9. Autocar wrote of the DB11: “We can think of no other GT car at its price point we’d rather drive. Even next to more exotic competition, the DB11 is well capable of holding its own.”

In January, visitors will have the chance to get up close to the all-new hybrid-powered Honda NSX, which continues the technological and engineering legacy of the original that was first seen at the Chicago Auto Show in 1989. The new NSX’s high-revving V6 engine features a number of innovative production technologies, including forged pistons, titanium connecting rods and VTEC valve train.

The twin-turbo V6 engine’s power is augmented by three electric motors – one mounted between the internal combustion engine and gearbox and two mounted in front of the driver to drive the front wheels.

Located in Hall 19 on Stand 19460, the centrepiece display is set to feature up to eight of the world’s most sought-after supercars across the dual Autocar and stand. Joining the NSX is another high-performance machine from Japan – the Lexus LC500 V8 Sport.

The brand’s latest flagship performance coupé has received high praise in reviews from the media already and said this after driving the LC500: “The result is really rather special - partly because it is surprising to discover a Lexus can be so absorbing, but mostly because it is simply bloody good.“
